Originally known as “Paul E-Day”, it has now been renamed the Paul Innovation Network for the 21st century – “PIN21” for short. Under a new name, but with a familiar mix, Paul Nutzfahrzeuge in Vilshofen invited national companies, local authorities and decision-makers for the second time on 13 February to discuss the mobility of the future. The mix was perfect: on the one hand, top-class technical presentations by representatives from industry and commerce, and on the other hand, alternative drive systems that could be experienced live in test drives on the premises.
He had been announced, but unfortunately, he was unable to attend: Federal Transport Minister Scheuer, who comes from the region and is very keen to promote innovations and companies from his home base. The greeting therefore came by video message, the core messages were “openness to technology” and “speed in innovation”. Here the Federal Minister expresses exactly how we feel, but unfortunately the implementation in politics is not yet working out so well. This was also briefly mentioned by Tom Korn (CEO KEYOU) in his presentation, who – unlike Minister Scheuer – was able to do this live on stage in Vilshofen.
Thanks again to the organizers for this top-class event!
