The hydrogen engine with “KEYOU-inside” was already one of the highlights at the Shell Energy Dialogue 2018 in Munich, now it is also causing a stir in Cologne-Portz. Ever since the 7.8-liter DEUTZ engine further developed by KEYOU in Munich was presented to the public outside the test bench, there is now another opportunity to experience it “first-hand” – in the foyer of the DEUTZ headquarters in Cologne-Portz. The attention is significant, not least because it is the first emission-free engine in the long and traditional history of DEUTZ that the company can present and whose origins go back to a classic DEUTZ diesel engine.
For the first time, the Group is informing business partners and customers, as well as its own employees, about what the market and customers can expect from the highly efficient hydrogen engine in the future and what enormous potential this technology has – “On the Road and Off the Road”.
