More than 3,400 participants attended the virtual “H2 Forum Digital Edition” on April 27 and 28. The goal of the event was to connect hydrogen and hydrogen technology companies, including utilities, technology manufacturers, research institutions, and automotive and industrial companies.
In addition, more than 45 speakers, including Toyota, Hyundai, Solaris, Siemens, Linde or Hydrogen Mobility the opportunity to present themselves to the international trade audience and showcase their innovations. Right in the middle: KEYOU. Prof. Dr. Alexander Tsipulanidis (Berlin School of Economics and Law) guided the participants through the technology pitches. KEYOU was represented by CEO Thomas Korn, who gave a technical pitch on the advantages of the hydrogen engine and explained application examples. After KEYOU, the companies Graforce, HyET Hydrogen, climeworks, hps and Fraunhofer IPT presented their technologies in the pitch. In addition to our presentation, KEYOU was also represented with a virtual booth as an exhibitor, i.e. the “famous networking” did not have to be renounced, participants and exhibitors thus found each other at least virtually.
Finally, some interesting facts could be drawn from the H2 Forum Digital: out of 228 global hydrogen projects, 126 projects are planned in Europe, making Europe the global leader! And a change is also gradually occurring in city buses. By 2025, only 27% of buses in the European Union are expected to run on traditional diesel power.
We would like to thank you for the opportunity to pitch at the virtual “H2 Forum Digital Edition” as well as for the excellent organization. If you missed the “H2 Forum”, you can view Thomas Korn’s pitch here.
