Product Safety Officer (f/m/x)
YOUR TASKS
- You define the safety development processes with regard to functional, software, mechanical, electrical, and chemical safety and monitor their compliance
- You identify the product safety requirements, in particular for H2 systems and vehicles.
- You ensure compliance with and implementation of product safety requirements in the context of corresponding reviews
- You advise the development teams with regard to safety-related issues and risks
- You perform the product safety assessment of the overall system
- You support the quality department in performing safety audits and project safety assessments
- You develop the safety-related documentation and prepare the corresponding release recommendations for the management
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring a high level of personal integrity, self-confidence and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
- You are an efficient team player with a goal-oriented and independent way of working
- You have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as strong problem solving skills
- You are familiar with ISO26262 and master the corresponding methods (e.g. HARA, safety concepts, risk analysis, safety case, FTA, FMEA ...)
- You have a confident appearance towards customers, technical services and authorities
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics quickly and effectively
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.

Who is KEYOU?
KEYOU is a successful high-tech company from the Clean Mobility sector that develops innovative hydrogen technologies, specific H2 components and combustion processes for engine and vehicle manufacturers, with the help of which conventional engines can be transformed cost-efficiently into emission-free hydrogen engines - without major modifications to the basic engine. The new "green" combustion engine with KEYOU-inside technology means zero emissions, efficiency and economy at the same time - without compromising on performance, capacity or range. Vehicles with corresponding engines are considered zero emission vehicles according to the current EU standard. The technology is engine- and manufacturer-independent, scalable and can be used both onroad and offroad. Currently, the focus is on commercial vehicle engines. "Sustainable Zero Emission" thus becomes reality with KEYOU.
