H2 Vehicle
Our tractor unit based on the Mercedes-Benz Actros is classified as "zero emission" under EU standards and is therefore toll-exempt. The vehicle is built on our KEYOU-inside technology, which stands for zero emissions, high driving comfort and maximum performance.
Service & Maintenance
Don't worry – we take care of the service for your H2 vehicle. Together with our partner network, we offer professional service as well as attractive maintenance and repair packages.
Insurance
With us, you get everything from a single source – including tailor-made third-party liability and fully comprehensive insurance on request. We work with renowned insurance companies that offer customer-specific terms for our products.

The heart of KEYOU-inside: the hydrogen engine
As a technology leader, we at KEYOU appreciate the reliable, high-performance combustion engine. But the drawbacks of diesel and petrol engines are obvious: pollutant emissions and environmental damage. KEYOU has developed a simple solution to this problem.
KEYOU-inside on the road
Earlier generations of hydrogen engines were clean, but they lacked power and required complex modification work. KEYOU, by contrast, converts existing diesel engines in the most effective way possible: using the same base components and retrofitting only the systems required for optimal hydrogen combustion. Around 80% of the engine remains unchanged.

existing vehicles
With our hydrogen expertise, our technology and our conversion know-how, we can solve the major challenges facing the commercial vehicle sector and offer a cost-efficient, CO2-free mobility solution – later also for existing vehicles.
Our pioneer fleet consists of 18-tonne trucks with KEYOU-inside technology, delivered to the first fleet operators since early 2025. Our focus, however, is on the KEYOU HICE.40 tractor unit, scheduled for delivery to end customers from late 2027 in 4x2, 6x2 and low-liner variants.
